VENUE RENTAL – from $595
THE CONCERT HALL
Whether seated or standing, your fans will feel they are part of the show in this intimate venue. They will be able to see and hear every chord played and syllable sung.
Capacity:
180 people standing (no alcohol)
130 people when licensed
120 people seated theatre-style (with standing room at back)
LICENSING YOUR EVENT
If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you will need to purchase a special-event liquor license, provide SMRT Serve staff, and pay a supplemental fee of $400 to cover additional Gasworks staff and cleaning crew needed. You keep 100% of the bar earnings.
THE GRAND PIANO
The Hamilton Music Collective keeps a grand piano on the stage at The Gasworks. They are happy If other groups want to use their piano. They only ask that those using the piano for an event contribute $150 towards the long-term maintenance of the instrument.
THE LOBBY
The lobby is a great gathering place for fans before and after the show. There is plenty of room for refreshments, ticket sales and merchandise tables.

THE GREEN ROOM
This secluded room on the second floor of the Gasworks includes couches, access to a small kitchen, a private bathroom with shower. There is both elevator and stair access to the first floor. Additional cost of $30/hour.
THE BACK PORCH
A large porch connects to the rear of The Gasworks and provides a natural outdoor space for fans to retreat to when they need a breathe of fresh air.
